Limited space is now available. There may be a waiting period for an application. A $25.00 processing fee is requested at time application is made. Therefore, it is necessary to secure your room as soon as possible. A $200.00 deposit is required once your application has been approved. Mail application along with processing fee to:

If within 30 days you decide you do not want a selected room, you will receive a full refund within 10 business days after notifying Contemporary Enterprises, Inc.
